Is life complicated?
|
by BLOODY IDIOT
GREETINGS footy heads.
I'll be short and sharp this week as I need to get a refund for my Richmond
Football Club membership (and that may get ugly). I don't consider myself to be a
coach, but I do consider myself to be a fan. As a fan (and member) I looked at
the Tigers on the weekend and thought to myself.
IS LIFE THIS COMPLICATED?
Life is as simple as matching up a team man on man. You play a big slow bloke on
a big slow bloke. You play a small fast bloke on a small fast bloke etc. When one
player gets tired you hopefully have a similar player getting his bum tickled by
a trainer on the boundary. That player should be ready to have a run. They stand
up and run onto the ground when the bloke who is tired, runs off.
PLEASE TRY TO WIN!
It was noted that during Saturday night's game that Essendon played a musical
sting after each goal. This is an American idea used to spice up their boring
sports; Australian Rules Football is never boring. Will this start a trend?
Will Fremantle play "Bad to the Bone"? Will Carlton play "Money Money Money"?
Will Melbourne play "Hey Joe"? Will Footscray play "Dirty Deeds"? Will the MCG
have...
A DJ BOOTH?
Our crowds sound better, our playing fields are not fenced off from supporters
and we are not violent.
Be proud Aussies Footy Heads.
