LATINO lover boy lyrics blended with R&B bumps and beats in a formulaic manner reminiscent of 80s & 90s pop and Motown ballads. A driven Mexican-American popster from Texas who sang with boy band Sons of Harmony for a couple of years and now has a solo disc of lovers' rock crossover tunes that are getting heavy rotation and promotion. The pure pop single If You Were Mine is rightly remixed in Spanish, but the standout for me was If I'd Known with guests MC Magic and NB Ridaz. Too R&B to be the new Ricky, but well on the way.
