Michael Warren got on top in the ruck, midfielders Andrew Browne, Henry Roberts and Pat McGinnity became busy and forwards Chad Jones, five goals, and Anthony Jones with four finished off the work. The Tigers won by 10 points after an exciting last quarter. Kris Miller, Toby McGrath and Nathan Phillips were strong players for the Bulldogs, Ryan Murphy kicked four goals in the second quarter and youngster Reece Adams kicked two in the last to give the Bulldogs a chance.

Swan Districts moved back to second place after coming from 25 points down at half time to beat Perth by 16 points.
