Demons bounce backPERTH provided the surprise in round three of the WAFL with a resounding 46-point away win over East Perth. It was a tight tussle for three quarters but the Demons kicked six goals to none in the last quarter. Scott Siekiera kicked for goals and Troy Cook continued his outstanding form for Perth. Nick Kane was in good touch for the Royals. Swan Districts held on to beat Claremont by three points at Bassendean. Chris Yarran kicked the winner and finished with three goals for the Swans. Chad Jones kicked six goals for the Tigers. In the Friday night game South Fremantle beat Peel by 70 points. Callum Wilson kicked six goals and Josh Head was outstanding for the Bulldogs. Hayden Ballantyne kicked four goals for Peel. Subiaco defeated East Fremantle by 21 points in the Sunday game. The ladder: Subiaco 12; South Fremantle 8; Perth 8; Swan Districts 8; Claremont 4; East Perth 4; Peel 4; West Perth 0; East Fremantle 0.
